Biography

David truly enjoys the relationship he has with his valued clients. David has had the privilege of representing countless clients with a variety of legal matters over the last 10+ years. He is uniquely skilled to competently advise clients with complex transactional matters but also represent the same clients in arguments before the court. His diverse experience includes handling hundreds of real estate transactions, forming many business entities, assisting clients with the purchase and sale of businesses (M&A), drafting hundreds of estate plans, guiding fiduciaries through about a hundred probates and trust administrations, defending hundreds of clients charged with crimes from violent felonies to speeding tickets, arguing pre-trial and post-trial motions, conducting contested hearings, and trying civil and criminal cases to both judges and juries.
